The provision of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services is an increasingly large component of the aviation maintenance marketplace. The trend towards outsourcing maintenance provides a business opportunity for both commercial airlines with capacity to sell and independent MRO organizations. However, these business opportunities are not without their own challenges.
